IDENA PRODUCTION,<\/mark> a<\/sub> unique state-of-the-art industrial process<\/sub><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Built in 2001, our IDENA PRODUCTION plant in Pontch\u00e2teau (44) is the embodiment of the company’s innovative spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faithful to our idea of working for animal nutrition in a different way<\/strong>, it seemed obvious to us to design the plant as such.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We made the bold decision to design our industrial process along the lines of the pharmaceutical industry, with its health constraints and extremely precise controls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With more than 20 years of experience, the effectiveness of this process, unique<\/strong> in France<\/strong>, needs no further demonstration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2001, our production facilities have been expanded on 2 occasions to ensure that our partners can continue to appreciate our responsiveness.

The premix plant, our leading expertise\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our premix and specialities plant benefits from technology inspired by the pharmaceutical industry, where precision, homogeneity<\/strong> and the absence of cross-contamination<\/strong> are the strong points of our technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, IDENA has its own safety process called IAS* (IDENA Application S\u00e9curis\u00e9e), creating a technological break with conventional premix plants.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • A pipe-free process to prevent cross-contamination,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Extremely precise dosing thanks to our cutting-edge technology,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Control at every stage of the process, thanks to our RFID technology,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Mandatory washing of containers between each use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Our latest technology in action<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Over the last few years, we have developed a new and disruptive technology of which we are the owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The ECHV is an exclusive microemulsion technology using a high-stirring homogeniser. This technology enables us to produce liquid products at our IDENA PRODUCTION plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Optimising the active ingredient dosage\/effectiveness ratio of our products is one of the major advantages of the ECHV technology developed for our new line of liquid products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A milestone on the road to using nature’s resources more efficiently, while respecting the digestive balance of animals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ECHV technology is present in all our alternative products, powders and liquids.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>
