As <strong>raw materials<\/strong> are the basis of our products, our teams are experts in this field. Whatever the raw materials (maize, wheat, barley, soya meal, sorghum, rapeseed, etc.), they are constantly studied to optimise both technical and economic results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our strength also lies in our <strong>knowledge of the animals&#8217; needs<\/strong>. Working in partnership with the technical and veterinary teams, the R&amp;D team keeps abreast of all the latest developments in the needs of livestock on a daily basis. And even less so for the R&amp;D team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These targeted additives are standardised active ingredients (pharmacopoeia). They are used according to the problems encountered and specific objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This expertise in botanical active ingredients has been acquired over the years through <strong>our numerous <em>in-vitro<\/em> tests carried out in laboratories and with partners<\/strong>, as well as in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But we&#8217;re more than just a manufacturer of botanical active ingredients: we&#8217;re experts at selecting phytogenic mixtures on the basis of their efficacy, without toxicity or effect on beneficial flora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These phytogenic blends are produced using specific in-house manufacturing processes that guarantee enhanced efficacy, stability and safety. All this is achieved through a unique approach combining the development of phytogenic solutions with formulation of and advice on animal feed and premixes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ic-blocks-responsive-spacer\"><div style=\"height:60px\"><\/div><div style=\"height:30px\"><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile is-image-fill no-spacing \"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-volailles-2-background-color has-background animate__fadeInUp animation-extend paused animate__animated\" style=\"border-radius:0\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading \">Solid <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-volailles-1-color\">fundamental R&amp;D<\/mark><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To develop new nutritional solutions, the R&amp;D team has to identify new active ingredients. This obviously involves developing <em>in vitro<\/em> tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These tools enable us to develop nutritional solutions that we know to be effective and non-toxic for animals. They enable us to validate our products with strains isolated from the field and to adapt them to health environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Various <em>in vitro<\/em> tests are developed in-house by the R&amp;D team, such as bacterial or anti-parasite inhibition tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our partnerships with various universities and research centres also provide us with solid proof of the effectiveness of our solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our trials in public and private experimental stations are a guarantee of the neutrality and objectivity of the results. More than 20 experimental stations have already processed protocols for IDENA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pilot farms are also part of our product development network. IDENA invests in these facilities to strengthen technical dossiers and provide proof of the effectiveness of our products under field conditions. And every year, IDENA welcomes numerous students from engineering and veterinary schools to carry out specific projects.
